Please note if you arrange for a clean via telephone our expectation is to receive payment on the first day of the clean but we appreciate that some people can be away at work or attending to some other business. In such circumstances we leave a freepost envelope together with a payment option leaflet. The customer then chooses their payment option and post their cheque or postal order to us to us.
